e-Value, which is a 100% subsidiary S.A. Company of the OTE group and has been active since September 1999 in providing integrated Contact Center services is renamed into COSMOTE e-Value.

With a new brand name and even more stable bases, the company will continue its development course offering, 24 hours a day 365 days a year, the whole range of Contact Center Services (development of sales, customer service, prospecting and retention of customers) tailored to the needs of its customers.

With facilities in Athens and in Xanthi, of a total area of about 10,000 sq.m., with approximately 3,500 capable and qualified executives, a highly technological infrastructure, appropriate equipment and certified procedures, COSMOTE e-Value will continue to ensure the balanced relationship of its customers with the public, carrying out with precision the projects assigned.
