“Your Experience” our celebration programme
Our people, our strength. The employee programme “Your Experience” aims to strengthen employees’ engagement with the company and to promote teamwork, through celebrational activities. Every year, different ideas, events, interactive activities, digital games take place in order to celebrate with our employees. All actions lead to the Grand finals with many winners! We have already arranged our date for next year!

Athens Authentic Marathon, our team of volunteer employees ran the extra mile for a good cause
Achieving another record of participation, our employees stated “we ran the Athens Marathon. The Authentic, for a good cause”.
Hundreds of runners-employees showed up in this big athletic celebration, having “will” and “offer” as their driving forces! Besides their excitement, the motivation was strong; for each employee participation, our company donates a significant amount to charity.

New Headquarters opening –the employee experience
The new headquarters are housed in a state-of-the-art “green” building in Kerameikos area in Athens. Creating the best working environment for our people, is one of our priorities. “Go to center” was a series of events which took place in order to welcome the 1.200 employees to their new offices. Dj, Christmas bazaars, photo booth and special treats made the occasion enjoyable.

Blood donation program
The Blood Donation Program of OTE Group has become an institution as it reached its 40 years of implementation. In 2016, it collected a total of 2,604 units of blood from OTE Group employees, of which, the 905 units were made available to meet the needs of employees and their families, while the remaining 1,699 were allocated for needs throughout Greece.
