Athanasios (Tom) Stratos

Chairman & CEO COSMOTE eValue

Athanasios (Tom) Stratos is the CEO of Cosmote eValue in Greece (from 2009) and eValue International in Romania and his perspective of having the customer at the heart of every decision, led to the remarkable growth of the company, under the years of his leadership. He serves also as Chief Customer Operations Officer, OTE Group, since 2018 and as President & CEO of Germanos. He joined the Group in 1998 and since then occupied several senior managerial positions with his last position before his existing role, that of Executive Director Customer Services, OTE Group, from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Stratos has extensive Commercial experience specifically in the areas of Sales, Retail, Care and Customer Experience in the telecoms sector, having worked in large companies in Greece and Canada. Mr. Stratos holds a degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Panagiotis Tsiantoulas

Vise President

Panagiotis Tsiantoulas joined Cosmote eValue’s team in May 2019 as HR Director, having a focus on driving an HR strategy that attracts top-talents and develops the company’s more than 7.000 employees. Before joining Cosmote eValue, Panagiotis gained more than 18 years of diverse experience through holding various key roles in multinational work environments. He started his career in the Sales Department of Diageo S.A. and then joined OTE Group in 2006, where he initially worked in the Business Process Management Division. In 2010 he changed his career path, by joining HR and since then has taken on various key HR leadership roles, including PMO to the CHRO, HR Business Partner for Commercial functions and HRD Learning & Skills Manager. He also worked as the Global Head of Customer Solutions Management in the Deutsche Telekom Global HRD Competence Center in 2016. Panagiotis holds a Master’s Degree in Operational Research from Lancaster University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece and is certified in Change Management from Henley Business School. Apart from Greek, he speaks English and French.

Lykourgos Antonopoulos

OTE Group Chief Commercial Officer Business Segment

Mr Lykourgos Antonopoulos brings over 25 years of international experience in IT, Sales, Telecommunications, and Management. His diverse background includes key sales roles at prominent companies such as BT UK, MetaSolv UK, and Oracle in France and Greece. Joining OTE Group in 2014, he took on the role of ICT Sales Director, where he successfully led OTE ICT to become the top Regional Systems Integrator in the region.

Yannis Vitzilaios

Mr. Yannis Vitzilaios is Chief Information Technology Officer at OTE Group. He has 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications He joined the OTE Group in 2016, holding the position of Customer Systems Director, and later also took on the role of DigITech Tribe Lead. Through the adoption of new technologies, he significantly contributed to the evolution of CRM systems and the digital channels of all the Group’s services. Before joining the OTE Group, he held responsible positions at Oracle and Accenture, leading initiatives related to the Greek and international telecommunications market. Mr. Vitzilaios holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as an MBA from the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA).

Thanasis Katsaras

Thanassis Katsaras is Customers Operations Planning & Corporate Governance Director since January 2023. He joined OTE Group in 2000 and held various senior managerial positions in OTE National Wholesale Segment and in Customer Operations OTE Group. Prior to that he worked for several years in the Industrial Sector (Hellenic Pipeworks S.A.) and in the FMCG Industry (Sara Lee Household & Body Care Hellas S.A.) Thanasis holds an MBA from Stirling University and a BSc in Management & Production Engineering from Technical University of Crete.
