COSMOTE e-Value won three awards, at Sales Excellence Awards 2018, for its Customer Care Services, its International Markets Development and its Training Programs. COSMOTE e-Value sets its customers as first priority offering a unique experience in every interaction with them.

In particular,COSMOTE e-Value won a Gold Award for its Customer Care Services, offered 365 days per year, a Silver one for its Sales Training Programs which are systematically designed to enhance the know-how of its people and a Silver award in the “International Markets Development” category, for providing services to more than 27 countries (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Romania, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia, Croatia, Nigeria, Serbia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, FYROM et al.).

The Sales Excellence Awards 2018 were held for 6th consecutive year by the Sales Institute in Greece (IPE) in partnership with Boussias Communications. The ceremony was hosted at the Athens Concert Hall. The evaluation of the candidates was made by a judging committee, comprised of professionals in the field as well as Universities academics.
