COSMOTE e-value: a state-of-the-art contact center located in a unique area in Athens center
From now on COSMOTE e-value is housed in a state-of-the-art “green” building in Kerameikos area based in Athens, in the context of the company’s constant attempt to offer its people the appropriate environment so as to work and evolve. The fully reconstructed building will accommodate approximately 1,200 employees that provide more than 50 customers-large businesses with comprehensive contact center services.
The inauguration ceremony held in the presence of OTE Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, as well as local administration representatives, company’s customers and partners.

The building of a total area of 7,700 square meters is located in Kerameikos area. It possesses training rooms, a career center, meeting rooms and plenty of rest areas. The complex was erected in 1959, so as to initially house the OTE Computing Center. OTE Estate undertook and implemented its full renovation, by taking into consideration international standards and special requirements for the creation of a contact center.
The design of COSMOTE e-value building was implemented in an environmentally responsible manner, aiming at performance optimization in a series of indicators, such as energy consumption, water use, CO2 emissions, internal environment’s quality as well as resources management. Eventually, this building is among the seven in Greece that possess a LEED international certification at GOLD level, by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
