Dionysis Gazis

Dionysis Gazis is the Corporate Customer Services Director (from 2017) and joined Cosmote eValue in 2013 as Head of Operations. He has contributed significantly to the growth of the company having a continuous focus on delivering operational excellence and building customer obsessed teams. He started his career in RF and Microwave industry as a certified Quality Engineer from the American Society of Quality, joining NETCOM SA (in 1994), developing electronic components for a diverse range of military, aerospace, medical, and wireless communications customers. In 1999, he entered the service industry and moved to Vodafone Greece, where he held senior managerial roles in Business improvement and Customer Service areas, responsible for Consumers Care, Acquisition and Retention contact centers, before moving to Vodafone Italy (in 2011) to lead Customer Experience improvement projects. He holds an Integrated Master of Electrical Engineering from University of Patras with specialization in Telecommunications and Artificial Intelligence and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Europe.
