Sandy Hiladaki

Sandy Hiladaki is Residential SME Customer Services Director OTE – COSMOTE, at Cosmote eValue since 2021. She joined OTE Group in 1998, undertaking several senior positions contributing significantly to the company’s success. She has also been an integral part of the Cosmote since 2011 and throughout her career, she has actively participated in key projects, including fault to repair, COSMOTE@YourService and the transformation of the Customer Service Department’s operating model. Her leadership and involvement extended to her role as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service. Possessing extensive expertise in the Telecommunications sector, as well as a background in Client Service and Sales, Sandy Hiladaki has a diverse professional history. Her prior experience includes working in the Finance Industry, where she held positions at Interamerican, Eurofinance SA, and Keramos SA between 1993 and 1998. Mrs. Hiladaki attended the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she focused her studies on Political Science. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a mother of four and holds a degree in piano. Her multifaceted background and leadership roles underscore her commitment to excellence in her professional endeavors.
