Athanasios (Tom) Stratos

CEO

Athanasios (Tom) Stratos is the CEO of Cosmote eValue in Greece (from 2009) and eValue International in Romania and his perspective of having the customer at the heart of every decision, led to the remarkable growth of the company, under the years of his leadership. He serves also as Chief Customer Operations Officer, OTE Group, since 2018 and as President & CEO of Germanos. He joined the Group in 1998 and since then occupied several senior managerial positions with his last position before his existing role, that of Executive Director Customer Services, OTE Group, from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Stratos has extensive Commercial experience specifically in the areas of Sales, Retail, Care and Customer Experience in the telecoms sector, having worked in large companies in Greece and Canada. Mr. Stratos holds a degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Tania Pantazi

Commercial & International Business Development Director

Tania Pantazi is Commercial & International Business Development Director at Cosmote eValue and has been in the company’s management since 2004 when she took over the Commercial Division. She has contributed significantly to the growth of the company and to Cosmote eValue’s Commercial Department. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, as she also worked for Lamprakis Press Group, before joining Cosmote eValue. Mrs. Pantazi holds a B.A. in Marketing & Management, from Deree College (American College of Greece).

Dionysis Gazis

Business & Corporate Customer Services Director

Dionysis Gazis is the Corporate Customer Services Director (from 2017) and joined Cosmote eValue in 2013 as Head of Operations. He has contributed significantly to the growth of the company having a continuous focus on delivering operational excellence and building customer obsessed teams. He started his career in RF and Microwave industry as a certified Quality Engineer from the American Society of Quality, joining NETCOM SA (in 1994), developing electronic components for a diverse range of military, aerospace, medical, and wireless communications customers. In 1999, he entered the service industry and moved to Vodafone Greece, where he held senior managerial roles in Business improvement and Customer Service areas, responsible for Consumers Care, Acquisition and Retention contact centers, before moving to Vodafone Italy (in 2011) to lead Customer Experience improvement projects. He holds an Integrated Master of Electrical Engineering from University of Patras with specialization in Telecommunications and Artificial Intelligence and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Europe.

Stavros Mouroutsos

Head of Corporate Communications

Stavros Mouroutsos is Head of Corporate Communications for COSMOTE eValue. He joined OTE Group in 2006 and has held senior roles across Corporate Communications. In these roles, he has led the design and execution of integrated communication strategies that directly support business growth, commercial positioning and revenue objectives, strengthening client trust, corporate reputation and employee alignment in high-volume service environments.   He brings more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate communications and marketing, having worked in leading multinational organizations including OTE Group, Deutsche Telekom, Johnson & Johnson and Toyota. His expertise includes external and internal communications, brand and reputation management, ESG communications, digital and social media strategy, crisis communications and large-scale corporate events, with a strong focus on supporting sales enablement, reinforcing customer experience and positioning the company as a trusted partner for enterprise clients . Stavros holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.

Kyriakos Bakopoulos

Telesales, Customer Growth & Retention Director

Kyriakos Bakopoulos is the Telesales, Customer Growth & Retention Director OTE-COSMOTE since July 2025.  He brings over 25 years of experience across the Telecommunications and Marketing sectors. He joined COSMOTE in 2003 and has since held a series of senior leadership roles, including multiple Director positions in Consumer Marketing, overseeing both Mobile and Fixed-line products and services. Prior to OTE Group, Kyriakos held senior roles in multinational organizations across the telecommunications, construction and manufacturing industries. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Quality Engineering from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK), an MBA from National American University (USA) and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors (USA).

Foteini Koutsibogiorgou

Senior HR Account Manager for Customer Operations

Foteini Koutsibogiorgou is Senior HR Account Manager  for Customer Operations (Cosmote e-Value, GERMANOS, CTS), with nearly 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management. She acts as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and supporting organizational effectiveness in complex and fast-paced environments. Her expertise includes employment and labour law, HR consulting, organizational design, and process optimization. Foteini has contributed to award-winning strategic initiatives, playing an active role in modernizing HR practices and driving sustainable people-focused transformation within the Group. She holds a BSc in Law (University of Athens and Paris V) and an MSc in Employment and Social Security Law.

Christos Makrypoulias

Customer Services (CS) Sales & Customer Development Director

Christos is the CS Sales & Customer Development Director OTE–COSMOTE, working at Cosmote eValue since 2021. He joined the Group (Germanos, 2000) undertaking positions related to the development of retail design concepts and the launch of “germanos.gr” e-shop. Since 2005 he transitioned to International roles, providing expertise for the business development of the Group’s subsidiaries in 6 European markets. In 2007, he was elevated as the Germanos Telekom CEO in North Macedonia, where he stayed until the selling of the company’s investments in the country. In 2009 he was appointed as the Head of B2C Sales, Trade Marketing & Training in Telekom Albania, while in 2011 he joined Cosmote Greece as CS Commercial Activities Deputy Director. Ever since 2017 Christos holds his current position. He has a BSc Hons in Biology (University of Athens) and an MSc in Management (University of Bath). He has also completed Executive Education Programs in Strategy, Leadership & Agility (Erasmus and Duke Universities). A father of 3, loves quality family time, enjoys DIY, pursues adventure driving.

Thanasis Katsaras

Customers Operations Planning & Corporate Governance Director

Thanassis Katsaras is Customers Operations Planning & Corporate Governance Director since January 2023. He joined OTE Group in 2000 and held various senior managerial positions in OTE National Wholesale Segment and in Customer Operations OTE Group. Prior to that he worked for several years in the Industrial Sector (Hellenic Pipeworks S.A.) and in the FMCG Industry (Sara Lee Household & Body Care Hellas S.A.) Thanasis holds an MBA from Stirling University and a BSc in Management & Production Engineering from Technical University of Crete.
