From now on COSMOTE e-value is housed in a state-of-the-art “green” building in Kerameikos area based in Athens, in the context of the company’s constant attempt to offer its people the appropriate environment so as to work and evolve. The fully reconstructed building will accommodate approximately 1,200 employees that provide more than 50 customers-large businesses with comprehensive contact center services.

The inauguration ceremony held in the presence of OTE Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, as well as local administration representatives, company’s customers and partners.

The building of a total area of 7,700 square meters is located in Kerameikos area. It possesses training rooms, a career center, meeting rooms and plenty of rest areas. The complex was erected in 1959, so as to initially house the OTE Computing Center. OTE Estate undertook and implemented its full renovation, by taking into consideration international standards and special requirements for the creation of a contact center.

The design of COSMOTE e-value building was implemented in an environmentally responsible manner, aiming at performance optimization in a series of indicators, such as energy consumption, water use, CO2  emissions, internal environment’s quality as well as resources management. Eventually, this building is among the seven in Greece that possess a LEED international certification at GOLD level, by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

COSMOTE e-value, an OTE Group member, has been providing integrated Contact Center services for more than 18 years in Southeast Europe, while since 2014 it has established the e-Value International in Romania. COSMOTE e-Value among the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy”

COSMOTE e-Value was showcased as GREEK BUSINESS CHAMPION in the framework of the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy” institution. With this distinction, the company is awarded for its growth, despite the adverse environment, while in the period 2013-15 the company achieved increase in the annual turnover as well as in earnings before taxes.

The event for the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy” was organized for a 3rd consecutive year by the Direction Business Network under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance & Growth as well as the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). The ceremony was hosted at the Athens Concert Hall and the awards were based on the published balance sheets of 2015, presented in the annual edition entitled “The most powerful sectors of the Greek Economy”.

COSMOTE e-value: golden distinction for the “green” building in Kerameikos

COSMOTE e-value was awarded with the Golden Award at the “Structured Environment / “Green” Buildings category of the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards, for its offices in Kerameikos.
Complying to OTE Group’s environmental strategy and management’s commitment for planning and implementing projects according to the principles of sustainable development, a state-of-the-art contact center was created in Kerameikos, where the old OTE Computer Center used to be. OTE Estate undertook its complete renovation, taking into account the international standards and special requirements applying to a contact center.
The building, with a total area of 7.700 square meters, features training rooms, a career center, meeting rooms and relaxation areas. Such project has a positive impact on employees, customers as well as the environment, while it brings new life to the historic center of Athens.

As a result, the building will be among the seven buildings in Greece certified with LEED international certification at GOLD level by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
The Hellenic Responsible Business Awards are organized by Boussias Communications and Marketing Week to reward responsibly acting companies for their environmental and educational programs.

COSMOTE e-Value: 3 awards at Sales Excellence Awards 2018

COSMOTE e-Value won three awards, at Sales Excellence Awards 2018, for its Customer Care Services, its International Markets Development and its Training Programs. COSMOTE e-Value sets its customers as first priority offering a unique experience in every interaction with them.
