Cosmote eValue is the only company in Greece which has received the 2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies® recognition by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

Cosmote eValue is included in the Ethisphere Institute’s 2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies® list in recognition of its performance and commitment to business ethics, compliance and integrity. Athens Authentic Marathon, our team of volunteer employees ran the extra mile for a good cause

Achieving another record of participation, our employees stated “we ran the Athens Marathon. The Authentic, for a good cause”.
Hundreds of runners-employees showed up in this big athletic celebration, having “will” and “offer” as their driving forces! Besides their excitement, the motivation was strong; for each employee participation, our company donates a significant amount to charity.

Robotics

OTE Group supports vulnerable social groups, children, education, entrepreneurship, local communities, culture and sports.
Cosmote e-Value as a member of the OTE Group, follows the above strategy and thus supported Robospecialists, a non-profit association, at the rural area of Greece, Xanthi, to attend the international Educational Robotics Competition, FIRST Global. The central offices of Cosmote e-Value are Xanthi and one of the largest employers in the region.
Robospecialists is a non-profit association for science, technology and mathematics (STEM – Science, Technology, Education, Mathemantics) and was founded in December 2015. The philosophy of the club, is to give the young people of Xanthi the opportunity to familiarize with engineering and new technologies. By promoting technology and innovation we aim to create a better world for everyone.
FIRST Global organizes a yearly international robotics challenge to ignite a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among more than two billion youths across the world. The not-for-profit public charity provides the framework for an “olympics”-style robotics challenge where one team from every nation is invited to participate in a global robotics event that builds bridges between high school students with different backgrounds, languages, religions, and customs.

Κατά τη διάρκεια μίας ιδιαίτερα απαιτητικής χρονιάς, η COSMOTE e-Value διαχειρίστηκε αποτελεσματικά την ραγδαία αύξηση της κίνησης κατά 40% σε όλα τα κανάλια εξυπηρέτησης, και πραγματοποίησε πάνω από 70 εκατ. επαφές με πελάτες, ανταποκρινόμενη με επιτυχία στις αυξημένες ανάγκες μεγάλων εταιρειών από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, καθώς και κρατικών φορέων.

COSMOTE e-Value: 3 awards at the Sales Excellence Awards 2017

COSMOTE e-Value received significant distinctions at the Sales Excellence Awards 2017, by winning 3 awards, 2 Gold and 1 Bronze. With this triple win, COSMOTE e-Value is rewarded for setting the customers as first priority and for offering them a unique experience in every interaction.
COSMOTE e-Value won Gold awards for its sales training programs, which are implemented frequently so as to enhance the expertise of its people and, in the “Sales Channels” category, for the exceptional performance in telesales on behalf of its client Doctoranytime.gr. By putting customer and customer experience as top priorities, the Account Service Team of COSMOTE e-Value, was one of the strongest teams, winning a Bronze award for the service and satisfaction of its customers, in the “Innovation in Sales & “Client-Orientation” category.

The Sales Excellence Awards 2017 were held for 5th consecutive year by the Sales Institute in Greece (IPE) along with Boussias Communications. The ceremony was hosted at the Athens Concert Hall. The evaluation of the candidates was made by a judging committee, comprised of field professionals as well as University professors.

COSMOTE e-value: a state-of-the-art contact center located in a unique area in Athens center

From now on COSMOTE e-value is housed in a state-of-the-art “green” building in Kerameikos area based in Athens, in the context of the company’s constant attempt to offer its people the appropriate environment so as to work and evolve. The fully reconstructed building will accommodate approximately 1,200 employees that provide more than 50 customers-large businesses with comprehensive contact center services.

The inauguration ceremony held in the presence of OTE Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, as well as local administration representatives, company’s customers and partners.

 COSMOTE e-value has 18 years of experience in customer service field, by possessing a leading position in the industry. Its people constitute a determinant of the company’s robust performance all these years. We are proud to create for them the appropriate infrastructure, so as to keep on doing what they know better than anyone else: to offer our customers the best possible service experience. Through such significant investment, we are giving a vote of confidence in Athens and reviving the historical Kerameikos area”, COSMOTE e-value CEO, Mr. Athanasios Stratos stated.

The building of a total area of 7,700 square meters is located in Kerameikos area. It possesses training rooms, a career center, meeting rooms and plenty of rest areas. The complex was erected in 1959, so as to initially house the OTE Computing Center. OTE Estate undertook and implemented its full renovation, by taking into consideration international standards and special requirements for the creation of a contact center.

The design of COSMOTE e-value building was implemented in an environmentally responsible manner, aiming at performance optimization in a series of indicators, such as energy consumption, water use, CO2  emissions, internal environment’s quality as well as resources management. Eventually, this building is among the seven in Greece that possess a LEED international certification at GOLD level, by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

COSMOTE e-Value among the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy”

COSMOTE e-Value was showcased as GREEK BUSINESS CHAMPION in the framework of the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy” institution. With this distinction, the company is awarded for its growth, despite the adverse environment, while in the period 2013-15 the company achieved increase in the annual turnover as well as in earnings before taxes.
